Yes, our Technicians perform needed maintenance on existing systems as needed. We are available Monday through Friday, with emergency weekend service, and will coordinate with you to schedule out a convenient time to be on site.

While we do work on installing and customizing ductwork needs, we are not a source for cleaning ductwork.

There are several issues or concerns that require maintenance on your system. These could include checking air flow levels, having dirty filters or coils, duct leaks, clogged drain lines, thermostat issues, tripped circuit breakers, blower motors not functioning correctly or more.

The system is checked in entirety. Efficient Mechanical will make sure to change the filters as needed, check for and clean system debris, clean coils, blowers and pumps as needed, check all wiring, piping and ductwork, check switches, timing systems and electrical components. We do a final test to make sure all is functioning correctly upon the completion of maintenance.

There are numerous factors that will need to go into deciding on what size heating or cooling unit that is best. All of these issues can be determined once we meet at your home or place of business. The criteria is dependent on the size of the property, the desired coverage needed, the insulation at the property and more. It is important that we spend the time to give you a customized offering so that the desired comfort level is addressed.
