About the Owner

Efficient Mechanical has been in business for since 2006. The business was launched by Raymond Mayleas. He knew early on that he was destined to be an Entrepreneur after spending three years as an integral part of a growing family lighting business. He also worked in the HVAC industry and on refrigeration systems. He felt passionate about this work and increasing his knowledge in this field. Ray enjoys researching the best planning solutions, troubleshooting and solving problems for his customers. Over the years he continued to grow the business and build a caring and knowledgeable staff. He strives to work closely with his team while affording them the opportunity to grow. Ray is extremely proud that he has built the foundation for his business on continual customer referrals. Whether it is a business owner that refers him to another associate or a happy homeowner, this has been the cornerstone of the business model he has built. Going forward he is focused on continuing this trend as well as building an online presence for continued growth.

Raymond grew up on Long Island and resides here with his wife and two young sons. He is active in his community and enjoys doing volunteer work with the local fire department. He is committed to doing the best job that he can both personally and professionally.
