HVAC- Senior Installer/Team Lead

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Installer/Team Lead that can oversee our Install & Service team. Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of experience with the design, installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems 
  • Ability to work with, lead and train the Junior Techs as well as overseeing the service maintenance of all systems 
  • Excellent customer service skills and comfortable working with both homeowners and business partners 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, knowledge of how to troubleshoot and resolve field issues 
  • Team player willing to exhibit ongoing communication within the company 
  • Experience in working with & maintaining commercial refrigeration systems is preferred, but willing to train on the job 
  • Computer and smart phone knowledge to maximize performance and utilize the company database and customer retention tools   
  • EPA certification 
  • Osha 30 hour completion 
  • Valid and clean drivers license

HVAC Technician

Job Description: We are always interested in meeting with Technicians that have experience in the HVAC arena and are looking to become part of our growing team. Requirements include:

  • 1-2 years of experience working on heating or air conditioning systems either doing installation or service
  • Interest in learning the fundamentals of commercial refrigeration
  • Maintain excellent customer service skills & demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve field issues
  • Proficiency in working with hand tools
  • Team player that is comfortable working with others and flexible in respect to the changing needs of the business
  • EPA certification
  • Osha 30 hour completion
  • Valid and clean drivers license
